2026 Correction Officer Captain E&E Claim
About The Position
This is an online Experience & Education (E&E) Claim for the Correction Officer Captain Departmental Promotional Examination scheduled for November 4, 2026. Only eligible candidates who have submitted a written application and payment to participate in the examination must submit the claim to receive E&E credit; there is no additional fee. The E&E component assesses candidates’ employment, supervisory experience, and education. It consists of Experience, weighted at 75%, and Education, weighted at 25%. Candidates may complete and submit the online claim through November 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Claims should be reviewed for accuracy and completeness before submission. No new claims are accepted after the deadline. Submitted claims cannot be edited online; requests for changes must be emailed to [email protected] by the statutory deadline. Supporting documentation is required for all claims and must be attached to the claim or emailed by the deadline. After scores are issued, candidates have 17 calendar days from the email notification of their score to appeal the scoring of their online claim. HRD may audit claims after submission and during the resulting eligible list’s life. Candidates should be prepared to provide copies of supporting documentation upon request.
