As an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Professional, you will provide strategic leadership for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of environmental and impact assessment programs supporting major resource, infrastructure, energy, and mining projects. You will act as a senior advisor to executives, project directors, regulators, Indigenous communities, and clients. This role integrates environmental, engineering, social, regulatory, and commercial considerations to achieve project approvals while reducing risk and creating long-term value. The EIA Professional leads multidisciplinary teams and oversees complex environmental assessment and permitting programs from project conception through construction, operation, closure, and reclamation. The position is responsible for developing regulatory strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, guiding technical studies, and ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, territorial, and Indigenous regulatory requirements.
