The Field EHS Manager is responsible for visible, on-site leadership of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) during construction, commissioning, and operational interface activities. This position centers on identifying hazards, leading risks, engaging contractors, and upholding focused execution so that all tasks are conducted safely, in compliance with regulations, and according to both company-wide and site-specific EHS standards. Maintain a strong, consistent field presence, engaging directly with supervisors, makers, and contractors to influence safe behaviors and reinforce standards. Act as the primary EHS point of contact on project, supporting the Site Construction Manager / Field Construction Manager in all EHS-related matters. Encourage an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing information about hazards, near misses, and safety concerns, knowing they won’t face any negative consequences.
