About The Position

Trilogy Communications is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead all safety and compliance initiatives at its Pearl, Mississippi facility. This role partners closely with site leadership to drive a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance. The EHS Manager serves as a trusted advisor, coach, and resource to leadership and employees, with a focus on building awareness, engagement, and accountability around EHS programs and practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting production floor operations and facilities
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements
  • Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, and safety training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Certification such as CSP, CIH, or equivalent preferred
  • Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail with effective documentation and reporting skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations
  • Manage EHS data, reporting, and documentation; analyze trends to drive proactive improvements
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments throughout the facility
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels
  • Partner with site leadership to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate EHS records, including training logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation
  • Support workers’ compensation programs, return-to-work initiatives, and injury management
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership on EHS initiatives
