Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager

Post Consumer BrandsJonesboro, AR

About The Position

Are you a strategic leader who sees safety as more than compliance - and instead as a driver of culture, performance, and purpose? At Post Consumer Brands, we are looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who will inspire a culture where safety is owned at every level and embedded into how we operate every day. In this role, you’ll go beyond maintaining programs - you’ll shape vision, influence behaviors, and lead transformation. You will partner across the site to build a proactive, continuous improvement-driven safety culture that protects our people while enabling operational excellence. If you thrive in complex environments and know how to align teams around a shared purpose, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
  • 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to set vision and translate it into meaningful action
  • Proven success in driving culture change, not just maintaining compliance
  • Strong organizational agility and ability to navigate complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust at all levels
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within safety or operations
  • Expertise in OSHA, workers’ compensation, audits, and training program development

Nice To Haves

  • CSP certification or advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of site-wide EHS programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance
  • Drive a proactive safety culture by influencing and motivating leaders and frontline teams across all levels of the organization
  • Champion continuous improvement and embed behavior-based safety principles into daily operations
  • Develop and implement strategic safety initiatives, including training, risk mitigation, and sustainability programs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to site leadership, helping navigate complexity and drive accountability in EHS performance
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence
  • Oversee industrial hygiene efforts and evaluate new technologies to enhance workplace safety
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of safety into production, quality, and operational decisions
  • Manage compliance activities including OSHA recordkeeping, audits, and regulatory agency interactions
  • Guide safety committees and lead initiatives that build engagement, ownership, and long-term cultural change

Benefits

  • Purpose-driven work: Help create a safer workplace for teams producing food that reaches millions of households
  • Visible impact: Your leadership directly shapes culture, not just compliance metrics
  • Growth & opportunity: Experience the benefits of a large organization with the agility and collaboration of a smaller team
  • Collaborative culture: Work alongside passionate teams who care about people, quality, and doing the right thing
  • Meaningful influence: Be a key voice in shaping how safety evolves across the site and beyond
