The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs to support production operations, equipment use, and manufacturing processes. This role ensures compliance with all applicable OSHA and Cal/OSHA safety requirements, conducts routine and formal EHS audits and inspections, and leads accident investigations to implement corrective actions and preventative measures. The EHS Manager will monitor daily production activities, partner with department teams to identify and mitigate hazards, support the safe implementation of new equipment and processes through risk assessments, and develop and deliver EHS training. This position also involves maintaining accurate EHS records, leading regulatory inspections, promoting a culture of safety, ensuring First-Aid inventory is stocked, and coordinating with suppliers for safety supplies. Additionally, the role includes coordinating training for various safety topics and updates, performing regular on-site inspections, documenting safety concerns, and driving down employee safety metrics in partnership with other Health and Safety managers.
