About The Position

The EHS Compliance Coordinator has responsibilities pertaining to Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance of the Brulin manufacturing facility. This position will be expected to tend to the overall maintenance of EHS compliance, principally the health and safety requirements of critical stakeholders. The EHS Compliance Coordinator will also be expected to assist in elevating training efforts within the company. Finally, this role will also aid in other regulatory and other plant wide initiatives, including ISO Management System implementation, security initiatives, and product stewardship. In addition, the role will support broader regulatory and plant-wide initiatives, including ISO Management System implementation, security programs, and product stewardship activities.

  • Defined cooperative techniques in establishing and maintaining onsite occupational health and safety compliance
  • Empiric organizational abilities in addition to enumerated knowledge of federal, state, and local Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations

Responsibilities

  • Drive EHS compliance on the manufacturing floor and spur a positive safety culture.
  • Engage stakeholders on needs pertaining to occupational health and safety and respond appropriately.
  • Deliver necessary training to employees, fulfilling compliance obligations, yet promoting behavioral based safety standard.
  • Abet the Regulatory Department in management system (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2026) implementation, seeking continual improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Support broader regulatory and plant-wide initiatives, including ISO Management System implementation, security programs, and product stewardship activities.
