About The Position

As an Environmental, Health, and Safety Associate at Walmart, you will support safety and compliance across operations by identifying potential hazards, developing solutions, and collaborating with teams to create a safer workplace. You will help maintain health and safety standards, support associates and customers, and stay current on regulations and best practices.

The position is based at 5424 Albert S White Dr., Whitestown, IN 46075-9556. The stated schedules are Monday through Friday, either 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or at least 6 months of experience as a Walmart associate.
• One year of work experience or coursework in safety, compliance, security, or a related field such as military, public safety, or criminal justice.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and assessments to identify risks and compliance gaps.
• Develop and implement safety programs and training initiatives for associates.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
