About The Position

The Environmental Field Engineer (EFE) supports the Program Manager and Project Engineer in the execution of multiple complex remediation projects. This role involves integrating GIS technologies with remedial construction to document site conditions and project progress. The EFE conducts site evaluations and exercises problem-solving skills to address field conditions. The EFE is also responsible for managing fieldwork schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinating work with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, civil engineering, or geology.
Experience in GIS mapping including ArcGIS.
Experience managing procurement and material deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork and leadership skills for collaborating with engineers, scientists, construction personnel, and contractors.
Ability to obtain FAA security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in environmental science, civil engineering, or geology.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
