As an Environmental Engineer at Frontier-Kemper-Tutor Perini joint venture , you will have the opportunity to: Conduct environmental impact assessments and site evaluations related to civil construction projects. Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management plans (EMPs) to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution. Monitor air, water, soil quality, and waste management on construction sites to prevent contamination and pollution. Perform environmental Inspections and prepare environmental reports, documentation, and permit applications required for construction projects. Identify potential environmental risks and provide recommendations for mitigation measures. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to environmental policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and delivery of environmental training programs for construction teams. Stay updated on environmental laws, regulations, and best practices related to civil construction. Support sustainability initiatives and the use of green technologies in construction projects.
