Requirements

BS in Environmental Engineering
2+ years of related experience
Proficiency with MS Office
Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
80-90% fieldwork/travel to support and gain experience at a variety of project sites in Florida.
Excellent technical communication skills; strong attention to detail; field adeptness
Strong safety record and understanding of safe work practices
Strong research and analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, and document information and data.

Nice To Haves

EIT certification is a plus
40-hour HAZWOPER certification is preferred, or ability to obtain certification at start of employment
Awareness of and/or experience with environmental remediation including soil, soil gas, and groundwater treatment systems is a plus
Familiarity with the PRP (Petroleum Restoration Program)
Experience with AutoCAD is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct field-based activities such as site inspections, sample collection, testing, and analysis
Assist with installing, operating, and maintaining soil and groundwater remediation systems
Manage and oversee subcontractors in the field
Assist with project engineering design
Assist with writing technical reports, proposals, and permitting documents
Gather, analyze, and interpret data
Input data into template reports
Assist with project oversight.
Ensure safe work practices on all project work.
Actively develop your own career growth.
