The Florida Department of Health seeks a human health risk assessor to join the Environmental Exposure Health Risk Assessment Program within the Bureau of Environmental Public Health, Public Health Toxicology Section. The incumbent will be a member of the Environmental Exposure Health Risk Assessment Program, one of the nation's premier federally funded programs. This position is responsible for assessing and responding to the site and community specific concerns related to potential public health threats from hazardous waste sites or general chemical contaminants. This position requires daily in-office or field work. This position involves occasional out-of-town travel averaging about two to three days per month.
