Requirements

BA/BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of environmental compliance experience, including multi‑media programs.
Experience managing large, multi‑state facility portfolios.
Proven leadership skills, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
Strong program management abilities, including schedule, budget, scope, and risk management.
Excellent communication, client service, and team‑building skills.
Strong technical writing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent safety record and a solid understanding of safe work practices.

Responsibilities

Lead multi‑media environmental compliance programs (stormwater, SPCC, air, waste, wastewater).
Manage compliance for 100+ facilities across multiple states.
Develop, lead, and mentor high‑performing environmental teams.
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong communication and excellent service.
Provide regulatory interpretation and compliance guidance across all media.
Manage program schedules, budgets, resources, performance metrics, and reporting.
Prepare and review compliance deliverables including SPCC Plans, SWPPPs, air permitting documents, and waste plans.
Identify client needs and support account growth.
Ensure safe execution of all program activities and reinforce a strong safety culture.
