About The Position

The Environmental Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all environmental agencies, coordinating and submitting sample data, and managing internal regulatory processes. This role involves documenting compliance activities, identifying and reporting violations, conducting facility inspections, and managing contractors and consultants. The position requires limited overnight travel to a small region of approximately 11 sites close to Corporate HQ.

Requirements

  • Maintain compliance with all environmental agencies
  • Coordinating and submitting all sample data
  • Coordinate and document internal regulatory processes such as inspections, license renewals or registrations
  • Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes
  • Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
  • Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorized enforcement agencies
  • Ensure eyes on inspection of facility and paperwork at the terminals of responsibility at least once each year
  • Manage contractors and consultants
  • Limited overnight travel
