Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency, required.
• No experience required.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of healthcare Environmental Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with health care team members to provide waste disposal and cleaning services.
• Help maintain facilities by planning, prioritizing, and organizing services while providing excellent customer service.
• Partner with department management to support professional and departmental goals.
• Demonstrate dependability, problem solving, teamwork, organization, and effective time management.
• Report incidents, maintenance concerns, housekeeping issues, and painting issues to the Environmental Services supervisor.
• Provide indirect patient care by cleaning patient care areas.
• Follow safety guidelines related to body mechanics, hazardous materials, and personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
