About The Position

The Environment Services Attendant maintains general cleanliness throughout the casino, front-of-house bar areas, and public spaces, excluding kitchens. The role also cleans offices and public restrooms, transports trash, cleans up after special events, and maintains the front entryway and Porte Cochere. The attendant reports problems to the EVS Shift Supervisor and follows company and department policies, procedures, and safety standards. The role involves interacting with customers and teammates in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner and performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED, up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations.
• Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear regularly.
• Ability to climb or balance and smell occasionally.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
