The Environmental Health & Safety Specialist will be responsible for providing onsite EHS support and regional support to satellite sites within the U.S., specifically Utah and California. This role involves assisting with EHS audits and assessments, maintaining EHS programs to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements, and preparing/submitting EHS regulatory reports. The specialist will also manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, maintain accurate records, and perform accident/incident investigations. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering EHS training, leading emergency response efforts, conducting workplace assessments (ergonomic, risk, JHA, machine guarding), managing specific programs like LOTO and RF, issuing EHS permits, performing basic industrial hygiene monitoring, and interacting with various internal functions to promote safe practices.
