This role is responsible for facilitating, monitoring, and supporting management practices and projects aimed at achieving an organizational culture focused on EHS. The specialist will provide guidance and advice on current and future production activities, ensuring compliance with applicable EHS legislation and regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining monitoring and reporting for various environmental programs, supporting EHS investigations, managing emergency and hazard response activities, and staying updated on EHS legislation. The role also involves supporting EHS education and training, conducting regular inspections, developing EHS initiatives, providing EHS evaluation for product and facility initiatives, monitoring occupational exposures, and maintaining ISO 14001/45001 registration requirements. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to loss management policies, ensure safety program consistency with the NFI Group, support laser safety programs, and assist assigned satellite facilities.
