We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager who will work onsite in one of the
following locations: Abilene, TX, Santa Teresa, NM, Saline, MI, or Port
Washington, WI to lead EHS execution across hyperscale data center operations.
This role will directly manage a team of EHS Specialists and partner closely
with Data Center Operations, Construction, and Facilities teams to ensure
consistent application of EHS standards and regulatory compliance.

This position is responsible for translating global EHS programs into effective
site-level execution, driving accountability, coaching field teams, and ensuring
operational risks are proactively identified and mitigated. The ideal candidate
brings strong leadership experience, deep technical EHS knowledge, and a proven
ability to operate in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Key focus areas include electrical safety (LOTO, Arc Flash), contractor safety,
high-risk work controls, material handling, indoor environmental quality, and
heat stress management in large-scale data center environments.
