About The Position

HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Envelope Superintendent for a Coral Gables luxury residential project. This role will own the enclosure strategy and field execution on a high-visibility assignment where waterproofing, façade quality, and interface control are central to project success.

Requirements

• Meaningful field experience focused on waterproofing, façade / cladding, glazing, roofing, or similar enclosure systems.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, interface risk, and testing / inspection requirements that protect finished buildings.
• Ability to read details, identify problems early, and coordinate clean solutions with consultants and subcontractors.
• Strong punch discipline and documentation habits in the field.

Nice To Haves

• Florida experience strongly preferred
• bilingual English / Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and field execution of the building enclosure program, including waterproofing, air / water barriers, windows, glazing, roofing, sealants, and façade interfaces.
• Coordinate mockups, testing, inspections, and handoffs between structure, enclosure trades, MEP penetrations, and finishes.
• Track weather-tight milestones and remove blockers before they affect dry-in, interiors, or turnover.
• Drive quality documentation, benchmark installations, corrective actions, and punch completion related to the building skin.
• Partner with PMs and quality leaders to reduce water-intrusion, warranty, and performance risk.
