About The Position
Direct Marketing Solutions is a multi-channel marketing company specializing in direct mail & digital marketing. To keep up with our growth, we are looking for experienced Wide Range Envelope Converter Operator to join our team! Temperature Controlled Environment! The Envelope Converter Operator operates the W & D Envelope Converter for Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS), observing the progress of the jobs being run in accordance with operating instructions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- One to two years' relevant experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Willingness to work outside of regular business hours
- Basic Math Skills
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, adjust, and repair Converter
- Ensure necessary tools and supplies are available before operation begins
- Verify work ticket and completes quality control sheets to ensure a quality and correct envelope
- Packs converted envelope tight & securely
- Monitor the Converter on a continuous basis to ensure consistent operation and quality of product
- Performs maintenance for the W & D Converter in accordance with the preventive maintenance program
- Cleans the workstation and keeps supplies replenished
