About The Position

We are hiring an Overhead Crane Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts. In this role, you will safely operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials throughout the facility while supporting production, shipping, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a Full-Time position located in Hockley, Tx. 1st Shift is 6AM to 3:30PM ($17-21/hr) and 2nd Shift is from 4:30PM to 3:30AM ($18-23/hr).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous overhead crane operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or steel fabrication environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials and products
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse, production, and shipping areas
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production equipment using overhead cranes
• Perform routine crane inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Accurately stage, organize, and store materials in designated locations
• Assist with inventory movement, material preparation, and production support
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and operational guidelines
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals
