This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and pre-interested client consultations—no cold outreach or door-to-door sales required. Requirements
- Must be physically located and authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
- Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
- Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
- Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills
