About The Position

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking an Entry-Level Welder for an immediate Temp-to-Hire opportunity in the Houston, TX area. This position is ideal for recent welding school graduates or candidates with basic welding knowledge who are looking to start their career in a manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will assist in the fabrication, repair, and assembly of industrial equipment and components while developing hands-on welding skills.

Requirements

• Basic Stick Welding (SMAW) skills required.
• Recent welding school graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to pass a weld test.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test

Responsibilities

• Perform basic Stick Welding (SMAW) tasks.
• Assist with the fabrication, repair, and assembly of industrial equipment and components.
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, grinders, and measuring tools.
• Follow welding procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work closely with experienced welders and supervisors to develop skills and knowledge.
