About The Position

Northern Primrose is seeking an Entry Level VEA to join their team, ideally starting in July or August. Responsibilities

  • Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization for clients.
  • Support client meetings with notes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Create SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
  • Support light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination.
  • Adapt to each client’s style and communicate clearly with client teams.
  • Assist Northern Primrose leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp.
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows.
  • Participate in training and ongoing development.
