Responsibilities

  • Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization for clients.
  • Support meetings by taking notes, identifying action items, and following up.
  • Update tasks and projects in platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and process documentation.
  • Perform light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination.
  • Adapt to individual client styles and communicate effectively with client teams.
  • Assist Northern Primrose leadership with administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp.
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows.
  • Participate in training and ongoing development.
