About The Position

Northern Primrose is seeking an Entry Level Virtual Executive Assistant (VEA) to join their team. This role involves supporting both clients and internal operations with administrative, organizational, and process-driven tasks. The position is based in Canada and requires the applicant to write their application in their own voice, as AI-generated content will not be considered. Responsibilities

  • Manage client email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization.
  • Support client meetings with notes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Create SOPs, templates, and process documentation.
  • Support light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination.
  • Adapt to each client’s style and communicate clearly with client teams.
  • Assist Northern Primrose leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp.
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows.
  • Participate in training and ongoing development.
