About The Position

Northern Primrose is seeking an Entry Level Virtual Executive Assistant (VEA) to join their team. This role is designed for individuals who are forward-thinking, organized, possess clear communication skills, and are receptive to feedback for growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of professionally and attentively supporting fast-paced clients. The position involves a range of administrative, organizational, and process-driven tasks, supporting both clients and internal operations. Key responsibilities include managing client communications and schedules, supporting meetings, updating project management tools, creating documentation, and assisting with light CRM, bookkeeping, and social media coordination. Internally, the VEA will support Northern Primrose leadership, manage internal tasks, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems, with experience in tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, CRMs, and Zapier being beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization
  • Support meetings with notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Create SOPs, templates, and process documentation
  • Support light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination
  • Adapt to each client’s style and communicate clearly with client teams
  • Assist Northern Primrose leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation
  • Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows
  • Participate in training and ongoing development
