GableTek is hiring Entry-Level Tool Builders for a long-term opportunity with one of the world's leading automation manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, reading blueprints, assembling equipment, and wants to learn how automated manufacturing lines are built. No prior machine tool experience is required—we're looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic who want to learn. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced Tool Builders while working on advanced robotic automation systems used by major automotive and manufacturing companies.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

- Deburring or machining utility/cleaning machine experience is preferred

Responsibilities
- Assist senior Tool Builders with machine assembly
- Deburr machined parts
- Clean and prepare machine components
- Organize parts and hardware
- Use common hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow assembly instructions and safety procedures
- Learn blueprint reading and mechanical assembly techniques
