About The Position

As a Provider Relationship Manager, you'll build relationships with healthcare providers, expand access to mental health services, and make a meaningful impact in your community. If you're outgoing, motivated, and enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to meet you. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth. You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships. Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Passion for healthcare and expanding access to mental health services

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or provider-facing experience a plus but not required
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices
• Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach
• Grow and manage a pipeline of referral partners
• Use Salesforce to track territory activity and opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally to improve referral experience and access to care
• Analyze referral trends and prioritize growth opportunities
