About The Position

General MRO Aerospace (GMA) is a globally recognized FAA 145 Repair Station specializing in the maintenance and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, fuel, and electromechanical aircraft components. GMA is seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Stockroom Clerk to support the Stockroom team. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, comfortable using computers, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. No prior aviation experience is required; training will be provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn aviation inventory procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in stockroom, shipping, or receiving.
• Experience handling aircraft parts or working in an aviation MRO environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking, labeling, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, label, and store incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
• Process material movement requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, expired, or incorrectly labeled materials to the appropriate department.
• Perform additional stockroom duties as assigned.
