About The Position

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in varied environments, including outdoor rain or snow conditions.
• Basic hand tools or willingness to acquire them.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine-related issues.
• Complete repairs under the guidance of a mentor.
• Learn and follow proper safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Use diagnostic software and service documentation.
• Build relationships with customers through professional service interactions.
