Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies and product information.
Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary insurance licenses.
High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to explain insurance products and services effectively.
