Entry Level Sales
About The Position
This is a launchpad role for someone who's never had a "real" sales job but knows they can compete and win. You'll work side by side with our sales team in our Phoenix office every day — learning the ropes, getting coached, and building the skills that turn into a real career. You'll spend your time prospecting, building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing new business with small business owners. Every business you help means more families gain access to affordable healthcare. This is NOT a customer service role. This is NOT an order-taking role. This is a high-activity, high-accountability, in-office sales position with uncapped earning potential — built for someone at the very start of their career. Requirements
- Recent grads or early-career candidates based in or near Phoenix, AZ
- Any degree, any major — we care about work ethic, not your transcript
- Competitive and motivated

- Backgrounds that often do well here include former athletes, campus leaders, fraternity/sorority members, retail or hospitality workers, and anyone who's grinded through a part-time job while in school.
- An Arizona Health (or Health & Life) Producer License is required for this role. If you don't currently have one, employment is contingent on passing the licensing exam — and we'll walk you through the entire process, paid and supported.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new small business opportunities
- Make outbound calls and follow-up outreach
- Run virtual and in-person appointments
- Educate business owners on healthcare solutions
- Manage your pipeline and daily sales activity
- Close new business and drive enrollments
- Consistently hit activity and sales goals, with your team right beside you
