About The Position

Green Star Exteriors is hiring motivated, energetic individuals for its Entry Level Sales Team. No prior experience is needed, and paid hands-on training is provided to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills. Sales team members engage face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors, and explain the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes. The position offers a stated earning range of $70,000–$140,000 per year, consisting of base salary and uncapped commission, along with opportunities for performance-based advancement, incentives, and ongoing training. The role requires personal and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
