Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior home needs, including roofing, windows, siding, and doors.
• Educate homeowners about free, no-obligation inspections and quotes intended to improve their home's value and protection.
• Develop sales and communication skills through hands-on training.
• Participate in team challenges and compete for bonuses and incentives.
