About The Position
MLM Home Improvement is hiring motivated, energetic individuals to begin a career in sales representing its roofing and home improvement services. No prior sales experience is required, and the company provides comprehensive paid training. This is an outdoor role requiring work in various weather conditions. A driver's license is required. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, plus every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Compensation includes a guaranteed annual base salary of $37,440 and uncapped commissions based on lead generation.
