About The Position

This is a commission-only field sales role where your effort sets your paycheck, and there’s no cap on it. No experience needed; we train you from day one. You will talk to homeowners in the field about solar, roofing, windows, and more. The goal is to set qualified appointments for our closing team. You will learn a proven pitch and sales process from day one and need to hit daily and weekly activity goals. There is a real path forward, as our best setters move into closing roles targeting $150K+.

Requirements

• A working vehicle and a smartphone
• Comfortable with commission-based pay
• Persistence and a strong tolerance for hearing "no"
• Motivated, reliable, and coachable
