About The Position

This is a commission-only field sales role where your effort sets your paycheck, and there’s no cap on it. No experience is needed as training is provided from day one. The role involves talking to homeowners in the field about solar, roofing, windows, and more, setting qualified appointments for the closing team, and learning a proven pitch and sales process. Daily and weekly activity goals must be met.

Requirements

• A working vehicle and a smartphone
• Comfortable with commission-based pay
• Persistence and a strong tolerance for hearing "no"
• Motivated, reliable, and coachable
