About The Position
Home Energy Pros is seeking motivated, outgoing representatives to connect with local homeowners and schedule appointments for home energy improvement consultations. The role offers appointment-setting and sales-closing opportunities and requires no previous sales experience. This is a commission-only position with no base salary. Average commission is approximately $1,000 per completed sale resulting from an appointment the representative set, or approximately $2,000 per completed sale when the representative both sets and closes the sale. Compensation depends on performance, and setting an appointment alone does not earn the listed sale commission. The posting also lists compensation of $1,000 to $6,000 per week.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a reliable personal vehicle.
- Be available to work full-time.
- Be comfortable approaching people and working outdoors.
- Have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Be dependable, self-motivated, and able to stay positive through rejection.
Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
- Introduce Home Energy Pros and explain its home energy improvement services.
- Schedule in-home consultations.
- Accurately record homeowner information and coordinate with the sales team.
- For representatives who also close sales, conduct consultations and help homeowners choose services.
