About The Position
The Parts Counter Person and Parts Driver position requires automotive parts knowledge and excellent customer service skills. You will assist customers in person and by phone, locate parts within inventory or from external vendors, manage parts receipt and stocking, and ensure timely delivery and installation coordination. This role also involves maintaining warehouse organization and meeting high standards of safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous automotive experience is preferred
- Open availability to accommodate work schedule
- Prior dealership experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Friendly and helpful attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Highly professional and reliable work ethic
- Proficient with computers and internet use
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Locate automotive parts and accessories from inventory or other sources
- Coordinate installation of parts as needed
- Monitor parts inventory and update records accurately
- Maintain current knowledge of vehicle models, parts, and promotions
- Provide timely and accurate documentation and reports
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of parts to the dealership
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
