If you’re willing to work hard, stay consistent, and push through rejection, this entry level outside sales / business development representative role can lead to rapid promotion into full-cycle Sales Representative or Sales Leadership within 6–12 months. If you’re looking for something easy, this is not it. You will hear “no” a lot — resilience and a thick skin are required. You will be on your feet walking for most of the day. You will work outdoors in varying weather conditions. This is a performance-driven role, not a desk job. Responsibilities

  • Knock on doors and speak directly with homeowners in assigned territories
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home appointments for our sales team
  • Represent Panda Exteriors professionally and positively in the field
  • Work outdoors daily and stay active on your feet throughout your shift
  • Hit daily and weekly lead generation, appointment setting, and performance goals
  • Use our proven training, scripts, and systems to build your sales and business development skills

Benefits

  • Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year (base pay + performance-based bonuses + commission)
