Entry-Level Office & Customer Service Team Member (SEASONAL)
About The Position
Seasonal Entry-Level Office and Customer Service Team Members are needed to jumpstart careers or earn extra income for the holiday season. These positions offer opportunities within the organization for those looking to gain experience or bolster their holiday funds. Roles include Call Center Agent (addressing customer questions and concerns, handling inbound calls, placing orders, updating account information) and E-services Agent (assisting customers via calls, chats, and emails, processing orders, verifying customer information). Seasonal positions are offered within core shifts: Daytime (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Midday (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM), Evening (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM), and Weekend (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). At least one weekend day is required. Part-time shifts are available but limited, including 5-hour daytime shifts and 3-hour evening shifts.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and typing/keyboard proficiency required.
- Willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal—good pronunciation.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Positive attitude and a welcoming, friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Adaptability to varying shifts and tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Empathy and patience.
Responsibilities
- Address customer questions and concerns about products and services over the phone.
- Handle inbound calls, place customer orders, and update account information accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries through various e-Service channels such as calls, chats, and emails.
- Process orders and verify customer information while following established procedures.
