About The Position

We are seeking a Entry Level Metal worker to join our team. Impact Fab is a custom fabrication shop located in Holland, Michigan. We specialize in short run productions; machine build and part prototyping. Our commitment to quality service, quality parts, and genuine respect have earned us the loyalty of our customers and a prominent place in the design for manufacturing market.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Interest in learning more about fabrication, welding, and metalworking
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Dependability a must
Responsibilities
- Working alongside skilled metalworkers to assist with fabrication process
- General shop responsibilities including organizing parts, clean up, basic fabrication
- Learning about metalworking, welding, and fabrication
- Applying skills learned to new jobs and projects
