Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the US Department of State due to ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines, additive manufacturing equipment, or other production machinery.
Assemble precision components and finished products.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
Support material handling, post-processing, packaging, and other production activities.
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation.
Record production, quality, and time-tracking information in our ERP system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with teammates to meet quality, delivery, and production goals.
Participate in training and continuously develop new manufacturing skills.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
