Azzrk is seeking an energetic, motivated Entry Level Management Associate to help lead a retail partner location. This entry-level path into retail leadership requires no prior management experience, and full training is provided. The associate supports daily operations while learning to coach a team and drive sales. The role provides hands-on experience representing a trusted national brand and is intended for someone interested in growing into leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn coaching.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving instincts.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No leadership experience is necessary; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Practice sales conversation skills to help boost sign-ups.
• Support daily retail operations.
• Help coach, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants.
• Assist with customer escalations and resolve concerns professionally.
• Lead by example through strong customer service and sales performance.
• Help build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth.
