Entry Level Low Code Developer/ Business Consultant (4 Day Work Week)
About The Position
We are seeking a client-focused Software Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics and Tableau. This role will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver data insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience working with business stakeholders, and the technical ability to configure systems and develop data visualizations. This position is off every Friday.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend software solutions.
- Configure, implement, and support solutions within Microsoft Dynamics to improve operational efficiency and data management.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau to help clients monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct client workshops, system demonstrations, and training sessions for end users.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design, test, and deploy system enhancements and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
- Troubleshoot software issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Assist clients with data migration, system upgrades, and ongoing system optimization.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, user guides, and system configuration records.
