About The Position

This position is for candidates who have less than 1 year of Class A commercial driving experience. McDonald's largest supply chain partner worldwide. This role involves local routes and requires an Interstate license. Drivers can earn overtime each day after 8 hours worked and are paid weekly. The job involves touch-freight and an extra board schedule within foodservice distribution. Trucks are preloaded, and deliveries are palletized. There is an Attendance Incentive Program eligible for up to $400 bonus each quarter, totaling up to $1,600 per year, and a Wage Progression Plan. Sirius Radio is provided.

Requirements

0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the military.
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree.

Responsibilities

Unloading and delivering products to customers.
Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
Safely and professionally operating a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts.
Securely operating powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
Picking up returned products including payments and pallets.
Completing delivery and pick up paperwork.
Other duties as assigned.
