Entry-Level Insurance Sales — 100% Remote
About The Position
This is a 100% remote role where you can work from anywhere in the U.S. While candidates in the Youngstown area may receive priority for occasional in-person meetings, the position is genuinely remote. Compensation is entirely based on production, with no caps or ceilings. The role focuses on warm inbound leads, meaning you will not be cold calling. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided to guide you from having no insurance background to becoming a licensed and confident producer. Onboarding includes product fundamentals, client conversation techniques, and objection handling. Ongoing coaching supports you in building your own book of business. The pay structure is commission-only, with an average of $800 to $1,200 per sale. Consistent effort can lead to earning $50,000+ part-time in year one, and $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one. Performance-based incentives are available in addition to standard commission, with daily/weekly pay issuance. This setup offers flexibility in both work location and earning potential.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Background check clearance.
- Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed (guidance provided).
