Entry-Level Insurance Sales — 100% Remote
About The Position
This is a 100% remote role where you will work from anywhere in the U.S. While candidates in the Toledo area may receive priority for occasional in-person meetings, the position is genuinely remote. Compensation is entirely based on your production, with no cap or ceiling. The role focuses on warm inbound leads, meaning you will be speaking with individuals who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage. Cold calling is not a part of this job. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided to guide individuals with no prior insurance background to become licensed and confident producers. Onboarding includes product fundamentals, client conversation techniques, and objection handling. Ongoing coaching is available to support you in building your own book of business.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Background check clearance.
- Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed (guidance provided).
Responsibilities
